Custom Silicone Ring

The customer sent an inquiry that she want to custom a silicone ring, but the file she sent is  only the design sketch that the client is drawn by oneself, the size and material is also not sure.

Although our company have never produce silicone ring before,but we were confident to do it well because we have 10 years of experience in customizing silicone products. So I spent a whole day to search for information for Tanya about the size ,color,type,discuss new ideas with 3D designers repeatedly,etc, finally she set down, then our designer draw draft for she to confirm.First time the customer said the size is too large, the second time she said the logo need to be changed. The third time to be changed beacuse she has new ideas, so back and forth to confirm at least six times.Then we start to open mold.I sent rendering pic to Tanya before shipment, but the customer said there was oneplace need to change.Then the customer spent more than a week to change the mold. Finally,Tanya received the sample with satisfaction.So,we produce the silicone ring sample finally,and sent to her.After a week she gave us a very good feedback.Then we began to produce mass goods.
